Marcus Evans Events has announced that Tommy Ibrahim, EVP and Chief Physician Executive of INTEGRIS, will keynote the National Healthcare CMO Summit, which will take place on March 18-19, 2019 at The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, California.
Tommy Ibrahim, M.D., is the executive leader of INTEGRIS physician and medical staff leaders. He serves as the physician executive in charge of leading the strategic direction for clinical services throughout the health system, including all clinical excellence, quality and patient safety objectives. Dr. Ibrahim has served in executive health care for eight years.
Prior to joining INTEGRIS in December 2017, Dr. Ibrahim was Chief Physician Officer at Mercy Health System in Des Moines, Iowa, and Chief Physician Executive at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
Tommy Ibrahim received his Bachelor of Medical Science degree and his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. Christopher’s College of Medicine in Cambridge, England, and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. He is a practicing hospitalist and boarded in internal medicine and hospital medicine, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Fellow in Hospital Medicine.

At the same facility on the same dates, Dr. Zach Mueller, Chief Nursing Executive at Medical City Healthcare, HCA North Texas Division and Jennifer Wagenaar, Chief Nursing Executive at HCA- Mountain Division will address the Marcus Evans National Healthcare CNO Summit.
Dr. Mueller has worked in nursing for nearly 20 years, beginning at the bedside in oncology and then as a trauma RN in the emergency department. He has also served in a variety of leadership roles, including in director roles of education, pediatrics, and cardiovascular services. His career achievements include speaking nationally and internationally on a variety of nursing and healthcare topics. As a dynamic Chief Nursing Executive at Medical City Healthcare, Dr. Mueller is passionate about nursing and leadership and is actively involved in driving organizational and system performance, and championing a highly engaged, compassionate, and outcomes-driven workforce.
Jennifer Wagenaar is the Chief Nursing Executive for HCA's Mountain Division. In this position, Jennifer oversees the overall strategic direction for the practice of nursing operations across 11 hospitals throughout Utah, Idaho and Alaska. Jennifer previously served as the Chief Nursing Officer for West Valley Medical Center, a HCA Healthcare System facility. Prior to coming to HCA, Jennifer worked for Sanford Health System, as CNO for a start-up hospital in South Dakota. Her 14 years with Sanford Health also included various leadership roles including system oversight of quality, medical staff services, and risk management.
In addition to her current work with HCA, Jennifer has also served as a board member of the Nurse Leaders of Idaho organization and member of the Utah Organization of Nurse Leaders.
