Developed by technology experts with over 20 years of experience in the field, Isoratec® CRM has been introduced in the United States as a solution for home care agencies that do not need a CRM built for large Medicare agencies. Though priced to appeal to smaller organizations, Isoratec offers a list of essential features.

At the invitation of company founder and CEO Tony Onaissi, we examined a pre-release version of the new product. We found that it lives up to its claim to be "simple yet powerful." We mastered the menu system and the intuitive user interface over the course of a few minutes. Home care sales representatives should be able to get up to speed on the system after only a few lessons.

Isoratec can be customized to meet each agency's specific needs. It is priced in such a way that even small agencies can afford to give access to any number of users, in each user's preferred language. Another of the system's features is the ability to automatically compute travel expenses. Other features include:

  • Import your existing database of referral contacts and their history
  • Assign representatives to specific hospitals and physicians
  • Organize appointments and tasks
  • Record visit outcomes and view on a single dashboard
  • Expense management
  • Locate users with GPS
  • Calculate commissions and track referrals per sales person
  • Customize the embedded help function
  • Assign different access rights to each user

The Isoratec CRM is hosted on secure, HIPAA-compliant servers with fail-safe redundancy. The user accesses the system with any iOS device; support for Android devices is planned for a future release. An available enterprise version can manage branches or franchises from a central location.

Pricing is per user per month, starting at $60 for teams of four or fewer and discounted as low as $45 for teams of 20 or more.

Isora means "cliff," a reference to the Spanish Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. CEO Antoine Onaissi has been studying the market for the past few years and noticed that there was a need for a simple, affordable and powerful solution offering for the Private Duty sector. "I found it important to develop an easy to use CRM so that home care agencies could drive sales while empowering managers to monitor efforts and outcomes of their employees," Onaissi told us.
