PlayMaker Health, an industry leading post-acute growth platform serving hundreds of organizations nationwide, has acquired viaDirect Solutions, a provider of market intelligence and data analytics for the post-acute sector.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. viaDirect principals John Kiehl and Ginger Voss join the PlayMaker leadership team, with Kiehl leading the data analytics strategy and Voss managing strategic partnerships. John Griscavage remains as chief executive officer for PlayMaker Health.
