With over 10 locations and several thousand patients, Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) and LifeSpan Home Health is one of the largest providers of support services to people with disabilities and the elderly in the state of Texas. The organization recently signed a deal to deploy KanTime Healthcare Software to handle their large, system-wide management needs.
DSSW and LifeSpan determined that KanTime could handle the complex workflows and varying regulations of it’s unique programs. DSSW offers PAS (Personal Attendant Services), CLASS (Community Living Assistant and Supportive Services), CDS (Consumer Directed Services), DBMD (Deaf-Blind with Multiple Disabilities), PHC (Primary Home Care), as well as private pay care. LifeSpan offers Adult Nursing and Therapy, Pediatric Medicaid, Adult Medicaid, Privately Funded Assistance and Self-Directed Care. DSSW and Lifespan's main goal was to choose a software vendor they could trust to handle all their patients and programs in one integrated solution.
