Volume 11, Number 20 October  3, 2022

Dear Healthcare at Home Colleague,

Welcome to another special edition of The Rowan Report. We just completed recording Episode Three of our series of conversations with Lindsay Doak, lead researcher for BerryDunn, creators of "The National Healthcare at Home Best Practices Study." As you know, BerryDunn collected over 400,000 data points with a questionnaire that many of you completed earlier this year. We will continue our video interviews with Lindsay until we have thoroughly explored her findings.

In Episode Three of our series, Lindsay focuses on Hospice. We talked about payment methods, productivity expectations, case load, and lengths of stay, all of which impact a hospice provider's star ratings.

Hospice providers will not want to miss Episode Three.

So, join us for 20 minutes or so, and be prepared to take notes. For those who prefer to read instead of watch, we end the video presentation with the URL where the complete report can be found and downloaded, free thanks to the study's many sponsors, including NAHC, NHPCO, the NAHC Forum of State Associations, LeadingAge, HCAOA, and the Council of State Home Care and Hospice Associations.
