BREAKING NEWS: COMPLIA HEALTH SELLS PROCURA BUSINESS UNIT TO ALAYACARE

2020 is opening right where 2019 left off as far as the changing software business landscape goes. Today, Friday, January 3, Schaumburg (Chicago)-based Complia Health and Montreal-based AlayaCare each released announcements about a landmark agreement. We spoke with Complia Health CEO Martin Ambrose and Chief Revenue Officer Brad Caldwell, and with AlayaCare CEO and founder Adrian Schauer, to get the story behind the news releases.
